I used to buy good Christian capacitors. But now I see that RadioShack only has capacity for satan.

I remember the radioshack in my hometown would have a bunch of RC cars out for kids to play with, presumably to get them to pester their parents to buy one.

I would go in after school some days and play with them for an hour or so then finish my walk home. One day i accidentally broke the antenna on the controller and the guy yelled at me asking how I was going to pay for it. I just ran away and would avoid the store on my walk home.

Funny how it has been so, so many years since such a minor, not traumatic event, and i can still conjure some fraction of the gutwrench i felt that day.

I can’t believe Circuit City had become a sanctuary city. Sad!

lmao. Did you ever see some of the Circuit Cities after they went belly-up? Other stores moved into the location and didn’t bother to renovate the giant red plug over the entrance, instead they just painted it a different color

Shopped at Radio Shack their whole life for what? RS literally never have the stuff I’m looking for when I go in looking for it. There was one near our house where I grew up and they mostly stocked mobile phones and RC cars. Back in ~2014 I went in looking for some electrical components and they didn’t stock them. The associate told me to my face that it is impossible to transform AC current into DC current lol
