Most people in your life probably parrot whatever the media tells them. When it’s a rich white dude, it’s “nobody deserves to die,” when it’s brown women and children, it’s “Israel has a right to commit genocide defend itself.” Ask them how they reacted when Bin Laden was killed, because as far as I remember the crackers were all celebrating then. Now how do we make that harmonise with “nobody deserves to die”?
