true though based on the outfit I think this is an argonian from elder scrolls online times when the dunmer needed argonian (and nord) help to fight other alliances in a 3 way tamriel war so they treated them as equals, at least formally, uh… am I sounding like a dunmer apologist here? :-(
edit: thinking about the quests in ESO, it was still not a great place to be for an argonian, the dunmer you meet were split on it

no, we’re discussing the practicalities of whether it’s dangerous or not. I see those mushrooms and think it’s either Telvanni territory or the Ascadian Isles which has a lot of plantations. yikes either way.
