i want to go back in time and strangle whoever said “global warming” first instead of “climate change” because it’s :guts-rage: fluctuating extremes
But, it’s still an overall warming of the planet. If I remember correctly, the term climate change was actually pushed by oil company denialism groups in the 00’s in order to muddy the waters.
Yeah, the Republican strategist Frank Luntz focus group tested the messaging on this and said they should call it climate change instead.
Either way, the party ultimately decided that outright denialism is the way to go and are still holding to it, until it is too late to ignore and they implement climate fascism.
