What website is this that has hanzi and pinyin together? I need this

I’m picking it up quick, but there’s always enough characters I don’t recognize that prevent me from reading effectively. Sucks being able to read 80% of the text and get 0% of the meaning from it

Pleco on android has an overlay that reads Chinese in apps and webpages and you can tap on a character to get the Pinyin and English translation

Check out Pleco, the app has an overlay screen reader that lets you select Hanzi and comes with definitions and Pinyin
