Most gamers don’t know a CPU from a GPU. Of those that do, I guarantee that 99.99% have no fucking idea about the computer science of graphics, never mind the electrical engineering of the hardware. If you ask a gamer to describe a transistor they would by and large have no idea how to describe it, never mind how to depict it graphically, never mind how one actually works physically. They’ll blather about clock speed and not understand what the clock is or how it affects speed.
