It’s really funny to me how so many complain how filled with “propaganda” Chinese internet is when anti-China rhetoric is dialed to 100% on all western internet 🙄. I don’t see the difference at all.

It’s clearly just polemical image portraying Putin as a good guy. I don’t think it’s wrong, but it embellishes Putin unnecessarily

What other place could have:

• Police on every corner
• Ubiquitous surveillance
• Systemic repression
