Yeah. I read your longer comment from earlier and it all makes perfect sense now. Sorry for sounding daft. I just genuinely didn’t understand the extent. Sorry this is happening to you peeps :(((

Downvotes on Lemmy don’t mean anything. Think of the points on Lemmy like the points in Whose Line, they don’t matter. Regardless, it could be a bot. There used to be one on Reddit that autodownvoted every post to “negate the self upvote” or some stupid crap. Basically, don’t worry about the downvote, and keep enjoying life. Don’t let the downvoter live rent-free in your mind. Let that idiot go homeless, lest s/he live forever in your brainscape for free.

iiuc, wf is not saying that customers can’t wear BLM masks. They don’t want to show a political stance and, as a result, don’t want BLM masks worn by their employees, because that could be misconstrued as wf or Amazon taking a political stance. I can understand that. However, they, then, must ban ALL shows of politics in their store by them and their employees, and that includes LGBTQIA+ stuff. Otherwise, they’re just banning BLM stuff, which will be misconstrued (notice the crossed out ‘mis’) as them taking a political stance against black folks.

A QR code created from the actual fault text would be super helpful. That way we can scan it and get the full error message (details and all) on another device without having to snap a picture or something. But not like windows does it, where it’s a link to a defunct page. I’m taking about the actual text transcoded into a QR code.

You wouldn’t shoot a policeman. And then steal his helmet. You wouldn’t go to the toilet in his helmet. And then send it to the policeman’s grieving widow. And then STEAL IT AGAIN!

Stamp, not a watermark, but yes. There was a post a while back, asking Lemmy OC to have that or something similar. I figured, why not.

Mozilla wants us to love Firefox again? Ok, well, it’s actually pretty simple: treat us like customers users, instead of products again. Make the product for us, not for the corpos. Strange how betrayal turns a friend into a foe, isn’t it…

E: changed customers to users, as another user here suggested the difference between them. (thanks, fellow lemming!)

Eating like that, no, you can’t live like this. At least, not for long.
