massive kudos. probably worth getting some pro advice on how to do things - managment will have a playbook to stop you that they may decide to use if a bonus is waved in front of them.
Yeah kinda same except in my country we do have a restaurant union , but people don’t care enough where I work, it’s mostly 17-18 year olds. We might make 50% more than US minimum but it’s still a pretty shit place to work obviously, people regularly quit after a few months

Everyone was worried about going back to work with covid being so bad in my country at the moment and said they were worried about being fired if they refused to go in so I mentioned the union im in and how they have been supporting people feeling safe to work and bam 5 more union members with 10 mins.
