I see the grinding wheels of neoliberalism trying to crush even the mildest reformist demsoc/succdem governments (Bolivia, Venezuela, berniestan) in addition to utterly dismantling the few surviving euro institutions and sacrfacing them to the market gods).   Seeing this happen is what finally convinced me there is no "middle ground" with capitalism, since they can't even allow the faintest redistributionist policies and will lay waste to millions rather then allow it.  
   I think the neoliberal order would truly ensure fields of mass graves before giving a single inch of power up to the people because at this point as a single step of reform would be seen as "weakness" and a "market failure".  
 It makes shit look hopeless.   The few ML nations that haven't been crushed to dust have gone full market socialist just to survive and lack any sort of unifying ideology besides try not to get couped or obliterated.  Meanwhile neoliberal markets just keep devouring all like the fucking blob.  
I feel like all we can do is wait for the inevitable collapse and hope we can plant enough seeds to prevent full ecofascism from replacing the hellworld we live in.  

Sorry to be a bummer I just needed to rant and I’m afraid I’m blackpilling my partner who I’ve fully radicalized without really planting my own seeds of hope in her. I think I just need to get her out into the world and meet some other leftists so she doesn’t feel so isolated. Covid sucks.
