For context a pomeranian stands at around 10 inches tall with a weight of up to seven pounds. Pointing a gun at it is the only reasonable option.

As a Hexbear user explained, this was self-defense:

The cop hears the “arf, arf” barking of a tiny dog and convinces himself he’s about to ripped apart by a pack of five foot tall dire wolves.

This cop should be charged with reckless use of a firearm. A swift kick is all you need to send a little pomeranian running. We need to hold these officers accountable.
