According to this website there are about 25k migrants in ICE/CBP detention right now, and previous reporting has indicated that about 1/3 of migrants who get detained are minors. Not all of the facilities that migrants are detained in have literal cages, but I’m sure that many do, so to answer your question, YES.
edit: and it just occurred to me that limiting yourself to ICE/CBP is pretty naive, since we know that Mexican authorities also run detention centers and some are run on military bases. I don’t know if there’s comprehensive reporting to show if the total number of detained migrants is trending up or down or what.
