I clicked a link onto a different lemmy instance and it caused me to create this post. Our devs/admins/mods have done a wonderful job of creating this little website. Going into somewhere else was just miserable. The text was all over the place, I couldn’t read shit, and it was infested with libs.
This place is a beautiful little corner of the internet and the main place to be. I want whoever’s responsible to pat themselves on the back.
extra points for it being dark theme by default so my eyes don’t get blasted when shit doesn’t load correctly unlike other worse instances like our friends over on grad
real comrades use dark mode
it’s nice but I wish we still had the comfy orange and brown theme
interesting because i was just trying to change the theme because it’s the kind of dark mode i don’t like and it appears to be completely broken
True black theme for OLED screens has never worked for me, no matter how many times I select it, but still, it’s a nice site to navigate on mobile and pc.
Edit: apparently it works, now. No complaints so far!
