It’s a power move so incredible that I forgot Destiny’s actual surname. He was not only sentenced to being sometimes Italian, but forever stripped of his name and family history.
He should still be attacked as a gusano, but only as an abstract reflection of that social category as a whole. He personally lost the privilege of having a name and whatever individual identity that gives someone. Either he responds to being called Mr. Bingo because that’s now his name-o or he is ignored like a whining child for insisting that his name is actually Bilbo Baggins or whatever.
Took Hasan two years to figure out Mr. Borilla is a racist scumbag who deserves no courtesy or platform respect, meanwhile Norm figured it out in under 5 mins
To be fair, Mr. Biryani seemed a lot more respectable when he was debating white supremacists and incels.
But when you show up to the genocide debate on the “pro-” side, the mask is truly off.
I also distinctly remember videos from waaay back during his Starcraft 2 fame of him dropping hard R’s and many other slurs. I can’t find any clips though as they are ancient at this point. He was famous in SC2 – he was a mediocre Zerg player but the edgelords liked him because he was a giant fucking asshole.
This is exactly the level of respect that weasels like Mr.Bonelli deserve.
