Heās not saying worker coops and workplace democracy are bad, heās saying theyāre complicated - and they are. In a small enough company universal equal pay and decision-making power can work, but there are reasons some successful coops use different pay models do reflect different amounts of training and expertise. There are good reasons not to do that too, but the idea that arguing for one model over another doesnāt immediately make you a laughably wrong CHUD.
