Yea no shit they’re trying at least from a PR standpoint to limit civilian casualties, target actual Nazis, and wherever possible provide safe escape routes for Russian speaking Ukrainians and other ethnic groups targeted by Azov.

yeah this is what i thought. They could level every building in ukraine if they wanted to. I mean they’re still shooting apartment buildings and shit which is obviously bad but it could be worse
