Yes and he was most of the way out the door anyway. The Democrats were never going to budge and postpone primaries or anything like that to give him a chance since he’d already been far closer to winning than they were comfortable with (which isn’t even all that close ofc).
IIRC they moved the primaries to mail in only like the day after he dropped out.
