Can you explain this for me? I’ve been scouring this thread trying to figure out how the word “rhizomes” connects to the rest of them.
It’s a philosophy term coined by Deleuze. A rhizome is a mental tool for thinking about aspects of the world that aren’t adequately described by hierarchies (or trees). So rather than a single entry (the central power) and many exits (the people at the bottom, the roots), rhizomes have multiple entries and exits
