I’d love to plop down 5 hours but I just can’t. It’s a shame it’s not translated into English, it was a hit in Japan and made Koji Igarashi a well known game dev.
It works fairly well as a miniseries, most of his videos are designed in that way. Each section is 30-60 minutes.
I just got reminded that he actually suggests parts to skip at the end of the introduction. 5 hours is way to much for one sitting.

Watched his Cyperpunk 2077 review (the “correct” way the first time, then went back for the rest) and I feel like I learned a ton honestly. I love his writing/presenting style and I’m definitely watching the rest of these reviews now.
The cyberpunk review was a genuine treat with the “choose your own review” video layout. I think watching them in order is really worth it cause he tends to build on ideas from past reviews.
Def into this dude’s shit, too bad more long form video game essays arent like his.
