Yes. That certificate expired at Dec 5 18:21:31 2023 GMT. The current one expires at Feb 4 10:12:10 2024 GMT.

It was outside of Hexbear’s control, Hexbear wasn’t able to install the updated cert before receiving it from the NSA, and they were dragging their feet.
