Hey everyone! This meme is based, but more importantly if you’re still hung up on drama from months ago your comment will be removed for dramabaiting and being reactionary. “Vegan = bad” is some reddit their chud shit.
Obviously this site is pro vegan, but this doesn’t strike you as even a little bit antagonistic and counterproductive?
Anti-vegan because we should be… against individual morality?
Understanding the difference between the impact of one’s actions and the ethics of one’s choices is kinda important for anyone, Leftists included.
the meme plays out like alot of these memes where one side is being “irrational” and the other is making points.
The Vegan is portrayed as just yelling at the “carnist” to go vegan, and then the he makes a criticism and the vegan replies with “muh pupperinos”.
idk how this meme isn’t suppose to be taking a jab at vegans.

Imagine saying this to people advocating for any other marginalized group.
“If feminists wanna start struggle sessions and 100 comment threads about how socialism means feminism or whatever outside their community under the guise of memeing at least get better memes.” Not that we don’t have anti-feminists on Hexbear, but at least they didn’t succeed in limiting all posts about womenby’s liberation to one comm.
