The biggest issue with inclusive liberal democracy is that it requires you to give political power to people who do not value human life. If there’s anyone who needs re-education (which is something we already do in this country; it’s not just something those scary totalitarian foreign governments do), it’s those who would happily let people die to make line go up. That mentality is fundamentally incompatible with any society worth a damn.
