Merkel and Hollande, not to mention the Ukrainians themselves admitted openly and blatantly they never wanted to implement Minsk 1 and 2, they only wanted to buy time to flood Ukraine with weapons. Russia was fooled once. It was the West that destroyed the Istanbul peace treaty, and both Ukrainian officials and other politicians - German, Turkish, even the Zionists admitted Russia wanted peace. Russia was fooled twice.

And these motherfucking libs have the gall to say Russia is the one who cannot be trusted. Man, what no knowledge of history and theory does to mfs…
