This is a great premise for a movie - pig who thinks the law applies equally to everyone accidentally assigned to bourgeois playground
Hot Fuzz is sorta this. By-the-book metro cop gets reassigned to sleepy village with laxer law enforcement policy.
Except his excessive violence is sorta justified by the end, being that it’s directed against the HoA Illuminati.
