You can right click or try to download any of the emojis to see their names. This one in particular is sicko-fem.

Type it with colons around it like : sicko-fem: to put it in your comment. There’s also an emoji menu when you click the smiley face when writing a post/comment. Hope I helped!

The hexbear github has a repo of all the emojis, if you want to add it to your own discord or whatever. I don’t remember which kelley comic he made the femme sicko.
