Then I noticed the context of a lot of its use and the earnestness of it and it reeks a lot like :reddit-logo: takes such as “my old man kicked my ass and I turned out fine.”

Social pressure to not wander too far off into the weeds is one thing, but “corrective” bullying is :grillman: shit to me.
