I brought the store brand version of those plastic wrapped nasty cheese product slices to make shitty grilled cheese and they don’t melt at all. Literally, you can put one directly into the pan with the stove on high, and they don’t melt or even get softer, they just become shinier.

What the fuck?

That is like the one use of american cheese: you can get it really really hot without anything happening to it
