Had to read (i.e. skim) this book for an “Asian Perspectives on Environmental Science” class in undergrad. Teacher was wack, only good part was “god is dead and we have killed him”.

It’s easy to see this when it’s losers on the internet but I met up with some old friends a few weeks back and we got to talking about politics. I mentioned how I wasn’t voting for Biden, and rattled off a list of heinous things he did, and they remembered (or never heard of) any of it! It really took me aback honestly, I thought they would have paid some more attention.

Ironically, also don’t utilize TOO much of the line of credit, either, because that can hurt your credit score.

Reading statements like these from politicians in the more generally anti-imperialist countries really just exposes how much of a sheer waste of time US (and western) “politics” is. Absolutely no fucking substance, even from the better orators, compared to something like this, which is clear, concise, sharp, and thought-provoking. The difference is just mind-boggling sometimes.

I definitely remember some Reuters or AP article from like a year ago where they interviewed some Ukrainian soldier with the call sign “Adolf” and he was in the “Spartan Squad” brigade or something. My head was spinning
