When the hype reaches its apex, everything becomes “AI”.

warns that China

The casual sinophobia is too much sometimes. I dunno how this decaying empire thinks that it’s going to maintain it’s violent dominance… Oh yeah more violence.

I’m not a crypto hater but… I used Brave for like a year or two. My mind almost melted from constantly closing ads for crypto business/scams. I made about $30 overall. Not worth it. Switched back to Firefox.

It’s the privilege of the imperial core that mediocre people with pale skin get to waste immense resources riding around in giant cages with a few sofas, HVAC, entertainment system, a few tons of metal, chemicals, rubber, etc.

It’s not surprise that empire is constantly attacking people and stealing their resources around the globe.

The sad part is that EVs are presented as the path forward when it’s just a continuation of car dominance, dependency, destruction, violence, waste, etc.

For me anarchism not about opposing a particular state (eg. your own state, some enemy state, etc) but about opposing every state and “the state” in general.

From this perspective there’s always nuance when one “state attacks another”. What are the states? What is their relationship? Why is there conflict? How does this affect me and the planet more generally?

And so someone’s behavior could vary greatly depending on the situation. If you’re living in nazi germany and your “country” is attacked, don’t collaborate with the nazis. On the other hand if you’re invaded by nazis, it’s probably worthwhile to fight back - perhaps in the military or perhaps not. In many cases both states are terrible and it’s a struggle to just survive their violence. I’m using nazis at the typical extreme example but most states are built on similar principles: fascism, xenophobia, patriarchy, colonialism/imperialism, etc. So many conflicts fit into this general framework.

TL;DR: It depends on the situation.

Gotta be a prosecutor for this level of arrogance and condescension.

Imperialism eventually eats itself because it’s based on grifters and fascists.

Yeah 100%. It’s like adopting the language of your oppressor. The hucksters have been selling their “learning”, “intelligence”, “minds”, etc. for so long that many people have internalized it. Let’s please return to reality and using scientific terms like data, function, average, statistics, etc.
