it got me too, the lightheadedness and fatigue on days 3 and 4 had me thinking i got the long covid and was just permanently dumber, but i recovered (i think) by day 5. it gets better!

i use a spray bottle and rubbing alcohol instead of wipes because i don’t like wipes

spray down all my stuff when coming back inside and hose down the ‘outside’ closet once a week
