Yea, I might just give them a 60 day notice later today. That’s my timeline that I had for realistically moving out right now. Just motivation to actually get it down. I was planning to move in November but things got busy and finally slowing down I think.

New landlord saying that we need to give a 60 day notice to move out when that is not in my lease. been month to month forever with 30 day move out notice. they keep trying to make me sign a lease to pay $25 less dollars. I don’t like this shitty town. I need the opportunity to move in case anything comes up. about 3 years of reliable payments. greedy assholes.
