Was your family protestant? If they’re protestant they’re probably ulster scots (scots who lived in northern ireland province of ulster for a period of time before coming to the US) from northern ireland rather than Southern Irish who are usually catholic in religion

Honestly I have mild sleep apnea I think due to a very slight overbite my lower jaw will slide back and block my airway sometimes when I sleep (not overweight). So I’ll sometimes nap during the day simply because I’m sleepy due to the apnea.
