Also sidenote - he tries to imitate his dad at several points and is constantly compared to him. Freud would love the detail that throughout the game, he’s trying and struggling to use his dad’s sword. He struggles to hold and use it and finally starts leaning into his own style. He’s not his dad and a part of the story is him realizing that.
