Ignoring the temptation to ask Hank Hill his civil war opinions because I’m afraid of the potential answer
The thing about Hank Hill is that while he may seem like an entrenched regressive, he comes around to tolerance at the end of the day.
He’s not a progressive, mind you, and I doubt he’d ever come to the left. What he is is a best-case conservative, the one you can talk away from the darker aspects because ultimately he just wants to grill.
