Obviously, Ramen is an option, but what other types of dishes can I make with the Ramen noodles I have?

After boiling, drain the noodles, add the seasoning (and/or seasonings of your choice) and a little neutral oil to the pan, and stir fry it

You can add meat and vegetables too, just make sure to stir fry them before or while boiling the noodles

Hiyashi chuka, like a ramen salad, is great for warm weather. After cooking, rinse the noodles with cold water, drain and serve with a sesame oil or preferred oil/sauce and whatever veg or meat you like. The way we’d make it where I worked had tofu, carrot, green onion, corn, cherry tomato and cold shredded chicken if you eat meat.

You can crush the dry noodles and add to a salad instead of croutons, quite tasty and has a satisfying texture
