Hello all,

it’s been about a month since the initial reading group post. How’s everybody’s progress? Feel free to share more thoughts, if any.

I’m realizing it’s hard to come up with discussion points for this book specifically, since it’s mostly just fundamentals. But these threads can still serve as a reminder or place to ask relevant questions.

I’ve read the intro, the first chapter, and around half of the second chapter. I’ve written my thoughts as I’m going through them in the sticky that stinky created. I’m progressing through the rest of the second chapter and boy, I’ve spoken too soon about this chapter being fairly easy to understand lol

I’m liking it a lot, it’s getting a LOT easier to read the original stuff (Kapital, etc) because of it, as someone with only basic understanding of Marxism.

I’m hoping to organize a Marxism-Leninism study group as soon as I finish translating it to my mother tongue 😛. Currently halfway through.
