  • Toasted Barley tea (no caffeine)
  • Green tea with brown rice (Gen-mai-cha)
  • Mix 3/4 Earl Gray, 1/4 Darjeeling
  • Lipton cold-brew ice tea

Earl Grey is actually really good. A little cream is nice if you like. Some people like lemon instead. Don’t do both. Also nice on its own.

i just tried earl grey, it was very pleasant and calming, almost felt medicinal.

If the taste is too strong for the vibe, try lady grey which is the same but slightly more subtle.

yeah i could tell the flavor got stronger as i drank it down, so i may need to mix it. I’m going tea shopping today, i saved like $50 this month and I’m going to try some tea from the thread! lady earl grey will be on my shopping list o7
