YES!! Luke Kelly was literally a communist, in fact he originally was going to go to school in Prague and got offered a scholarship by the Communist Party but decided that he could serve the working class by being an activist and folk singer at home in Ireland. He did an election rally for Communist legend Mick O’Riordan of the Connolly Column.
