I’ve been hoping for someone to dive into this topic forever. I work at a large-ish corporation that swears by these things and actively makes personnel and staffing choices based on what is essentially astrology.

I was turned down for a job at a Wal-Mart AT WHICH I HAD ALREADY PREVIOUSLY WORKED AND HAD GOOD RELATIONS WITH EVERYONE THERE because their personality test said I wasn’t competitive enough. They said their hands were completely tied.
I got fired today after being told a couple days ago I was everyone’s favorite manager.
I’m guessing it had something to do with my organizing efforts and I might be able to prove it.
