never interrupt your opponent when they’re making a mistake
bro people have been saying this shit about trump for 10 years, when do the consequences of these mistakes you’re not interrupting them for come about? When they peacefully at the age of 102 surrounded by loved ones?
Even Biden doesn’t want you to vote for him lol. He’s outsourcing his campaign to his voters because his website doesn’t include a platform. It literally just tells you to donate to him, and he has a montage video basically saying “we are divided. We need to heal”
Rashida Talib also introduced a bill to “procecute Assad” and she totally believes the whole “Assad used chemical weapons on his own people” BS.
This is an example of performative nonsense. She’s saying vote against Biden in the primary to send a message or whatever. She’ll fully endorse the literal genocide of her people in the general election.
The vid description…
Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., is urging Democrats in Dearborn, Michigan, to vote against President Joe Biden in the state’s upcoming Democratic primary. NBC News’ Jonathan Allen reports on Rep. Tlaib comments and how it might be a play to try to get votes against President Biden in the primary.
I put the vid on the background. I was doing other stuff - but I listened to the first 2 minutes and I think the word “Israel” appeared a grand total of once. Tlaib didn’t mention Israel in her clip. I don’t know if that was due to MSNBC editing or that was the clip she uploaded and she decided to avoid the sacred word. My hunch is that was her entire upload.
A talking head said stuff like “this is a reaction against Biden’s policy” without saying anything more.
The whole thing is so weird. I can’t even think of a noun or a well-known term to describe what she’s doing. It’s a liberal performative gesture. She provides zero context and she doesn’t explain a thing. She merely says “vote undecided”. MSNBC adds the clip to their Youtube upload and the video description is similarly vague. The anchor mentions Israel but he too provides no context. Then the interviewee talking head appears. He’s my favorite. He starts talking and even though he’s an actual fucking reporter - he knows that he too is not supposed to provide any context. So he doesn’t.
It’s an ethical and moral failure by Biden but the video makes it more like politics as normal with a disagreement on some policy issue. It’s a fucking SNL sketch titled “Talking about Israel but not talking about Israel”. Americans coming across this video who haven’t been paying attention to this stuff (which is most Americans) would be saying… What? How? Huh? Why?
Oh damn guess I can’t have an opinion on a Minnesotan rep unless I’m in Rafah also I need to be in a tunnel
edit:
joe biden says he’s going to execute rashida :(
