Hard to say someone’s wrong when they’ve read the boss’s speech before the boss has even written it

“we gave you parental leave” . So the company is taking credit for parental leave even though its labor laws that determines that, so they are bullshitting? Hard to know since I’m not familiar with each states parental leave laws though I’ve heard it in the news. If so I assume they could falsely take credit for anything that they aren’t actually in charge of.

You can see this just in job listings. Even in states where X number of days of parental leave is required, companies will list those days as fringe benefits
