Same. My mom gets incredibly defensive every time I ask “Did you hear about this from Dr. Oz?”, when her health tips start drifting into the bizarre. She’s completely addicted to television, and its annoying as hell to get her to listen once she’s had some bullshit pounded into her head for hours on end.
