on popcorn (with garlic powder, crystal hot sauce, and soy sauce: splash on liquid ingredients and toss to lightly coat, then put on dry ingredients and toss to mix in).

it tastes better when you get it from the bulk bin and label it as cornmeal so a pound costs like $.50

it’s also good for making vegan mac & cheese: make pasta. make a sauce in a pan: half nootch, half flour, enough water to make it completely liquidy/watery, a heavy splash of olive oil, a squirt of mustard, some Tony C’s, and a smallish splash of soy sauce. whisk together continuously as it heats until boil, then turn it to low until it’s almost the thickness you want for your cheese sauce. take it off the heat and it will continue to thicken as it cools a bit. pour over the pasta. YUMMMMM
