Maybe, but there’s also that small problem of entrenched white capitalists with ‘fuck you’ money never feel the fallout of bankruptcy proceedings or the like; not in the west. He’d shell-corp his way around all of that, and not a single motherfucker with the power to stroke a pencil in that situation would stop him.
