Why are Karen’s so obsessed with spying on pedestrians with the next door app?
My sister lives in a rural area and told me she recently updated Nextdoor to the neighborhood and it’s nothing but people asking if anyone heard a gun shot when theres a shooting range a mile away, coyote/mountain lion sightings and of course, announcing theres a black person walking down the street, suspiciously
I’m in Houston and my Nextdoor feed is basically the same thing, plus people doing garage sales and real estate agents asking twice the going rate to rent out their shitty units.
I used to post pictures of neighborhood cats, using the same hyperbolic “Dangerous predator sited in area! Lock your doors!” alarmism. But eventually I got bored.
