I found Anton Ego’s monologue on “The Critic” at the end to be beautiful prose and heartwarming, and I think of it often while listening to certain cultural critics.

I find the alternate trajectories of Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson very interesting. Both of them clearly just started bands in the 90s as a stepping stone to something else: Zombie to make Horror movies, Manson just to shock people.

Great tips! However, I’d recommend against Bleach for sanitizing. The Chlorine in bleach can create TCA, a musty smelling chemical which is detectable in the parts per billion. I’d recommend Sodium Carbonate (available as “Washing Soda”) followed by a dilute citric acid rinse.

this seems right. Whole egg also has some fat in the yolk, so it acts as an emulsifier, but the fat/protein ratio in mayo would be much higher
