-save seeds from pumpkin

-soak over night in lightly salted water

-rinse and dry

-in bowl mix seeds with melted butter or oil of choice

-add seasonings! Right tray has salt, black pepper, steak seasoning, and chili powder. Left tray has chili powder and chili lime seasoning. These are just ideas, you can add whatever you have or whatever sounds good, that’s the best part!

-bake in oven at 250 degrees f for 45 min, stir and mix seeds every 15 min

-after 45 min bake at 350 degrees f for 5-7 min to make them nice and crispy

-remove, let cool slightly, and enjoy!

Yes they are so nice, butternut squash seeds too, cant believe people (including my past self) throw those fuckers away.

perfect - thank you!! I think i was not cooking mine long enough at a low temp so the shells always felt woody when left on. i will definitely try this next time
